ARE YOUR BAGS AUTHENTIC?
Our bags are not authentic, but we only carry the best replica bags available in the world. Uncle Bench has established itself as the premier replica bag dealer on the internet to date. We also carry the highest quality replica shoes, sunglasses and accessories.
We also work with manufacturers side by side to produce authentic quality bags, so close to the original that some of our bags can and do pass authenticity checks. No other website can claim this.

ARE THE IMAGES ON YOUR WEBSITE YOUR OWN?
Most of the images are our own, however some Makers of bags do not lend out their products for us to take pictures of, and in this case we use the Maker’s own pictures instead. However we do guarantee that what you see on our website is exactly what you will get, 110% of the time.
HOW DO I ORDER?
When you add a product to your shopping cart and you checkout, you will be taken to a payment page where you will select which payment method you’d like to use. At this point we receive your order and we will do a stock check of your order, to ensure your order is in stock before you pay.
If we verify your order is in stock, we will manually send you an invoice to your email address to pay for your order. If you order is partially out of stock or out of stock, you will be emailed informing you so. This ensures that you never pay unless your order is in stock.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Western Union, Money Gram and Chase QuickPay/Zelle. Due to the high chargeback rate when using PayPal or Credit Card, we will not accept these payment methods, to avoid scamming.
DO YOU SEND QUALITY CONTROL PICTURES BEFORE SHIPPING?
Yes we do. When we have received your payment we will go ahead and place the order with the manufacturer, when we receive your order we will inspect it personally, and if it passes our QC (quality control) check we will send you QC pictures of your order for you to approve or disapprove.
Typically it takes is about 7-10 working days to get your item/s and thoroughly QC and send you QC pics, at that point shipping can take about 7 working days.
Please bear in mind that these are approximate time-frames, as if we receive an item that doesn’t pass our QC we have to send it back and get a perfect one. We refuse to send out anything less than perfect, so i just wanted to say that in the event that this does happen and we can’t stick to our ETAs mentioned above. 🙂
If you approve, we will proceed to shipping your order out. If you disapprove your order (please tell us why) we will return your order and get replacements sent to us.
WHY ARE YOU GUYS SOMETIMES SLOW IN GETTING MY ORDER TOGETHER AND SENDING ME QUALITY CONTROL PICTURES?
Here at Uncle Bench we pride ourselves on the quality of our products, and we will not ship anything out that does not meet our very high standards. Sometimes we get delivered a sub-standard item and it does not pass our inspection, we will need send it back to the Maker and we must wait for a new one to arrive to us. This sometimes can take some time, up to a few weeks. This is indeed frustrating for everyone, but we would rather wait a few more weeks and ship you something perfect than ship you a less than perfect product.
Sometimes, things that are out of our control can happen (office closures due to government inspections, items getting out of stock after payment, etc) and that could also greatly affect order processing times, but we will make sure to update you on the status of your order. By placing an order with Uncle Bench you agree to adhere with our terms and conditions and it is assumed that you understand that delays could happen sometimes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GETS SEIZED?
We do not offer a refund nor a free reship if your package should be seized. We are only responsible for customs within China, and once it has successfully left China the responsibility lies with you.
However you if you pay an extra 15% of your order cost, we will refund or reship if your package should be lost or seized en-route. You can select this option when adding the item to your shopping cart.
DO YOU DROP-SHIP?
We do drop-ship, we will ship to any country you want us to.
DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?
We will repair your bag regardless of how long you have had it for, as long as you bought it from us. Please email us at: email@example.com.
Please bear in mind that you will pay for return shipping to us, and for us to ship back to you. We are not held responsible for any customs issues for any part of the shipping process.
WHAT IF I NEED A REPLACEMENT PART?
If you need replacement parts, such as strap, dust-bag, lock, keys, etc., please email us to: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will ship these out to you for free (for customers only).
If you need a replacement part for something that wasn’t bought from us, then we can try and source it for you, but you would need to buy something from us at the same time.
