Here in Mainland China we have very strict rules as to what websites we are allowed to access, with FaceBook being one of the main ones being blocked – bummer!
In China we use something called WeChat, which is downloaded on to your phone. It is trusted and used by tens of millions of people world-wide. It is basically China’s version of Facebook.
It is super easy to download, simply go to the app store and search for WeChat, download it and create an account.
We can use WeChat to communicate with our customers. We use it as an instant chat facility where you can ask us a question and we can answer faster.
1. We are on WeChat approximately 8 hours per day, Mon-Fri, 10am – 7pm Beijing time.
2. If we don’t respond immediately, please be patient as we get a lot of messages or may be away. If you don’t get a response within 24 hours, it would be better to email us.
3. We prefer emails if possible, and we aim to respond to all emails within 12-24 hours of receiving them.
4. WeChat messaging is more for customers who have an urgent request or problem.
